Care shaped around who's in the room
Every session is with an independent, licensed professional, online. Fees are set by each professional and shown before you book; student rates are available.

Individual therapy
Regular one-to-one sessions for stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief, relationships, or a feeling that something isn't right. Start with a short check-in so you can choose a professional whose focus matches what you're facing.
- 50–60 minute video sessions
- The same professional each time
- Secure messages between sessions
- Reminders before every session

Couples & family therapy
Sessions for partners or families, focused on the patterns between you rather than on any one person. Useful for communication, conflict, big transitions, or rebuilding trust.
- Join together or from separate locations
- Professionals trained in couples and family work

Group therapy
A small group led by a verified professional, meeting regularly around a shared experience — exam stress, workplace burnout, grief, or new parenthood. Members appear by first name or pseudonym only.
- Always led by a licensed professional
- Lower cost than one-to-one sessions

Teen & youth counselling
Counselling for ages 12 to 17 with professionals experienced in working with young people. A parent or guardian gives consent and is kept appropriately involved, while the young person has their own space to talk.
- Parent or guardian consent required
- Clear agreement on what is shared with parents
